One of the most easiest hobbies to get into, running (or jogging, depending how fast you go) has something for everyone: whether it’s a casual jog around your local park, or long distance races and fell running.

Pros:

  • You can do it just about anywhere
  • You can go at your own pace
  • Suitable for all ages
  • Inexpensive
  • Good cardiovascular workout
  • Fitness: good for building muscle & strength
  • Helps reduce symptoms of stress and depression
  • It can be social

Cons:

  • Reliant on the weather
  • Can be boring
  • Minor risk of injuries
