Tennis is one of the most popular sports because it requires a mix of skill, stamina and strength (it’s a great anaerobic exercise too). Once the basics are learnt it can be a hobby that you can enjoy your entire life.

Cons:

  • Requires an opponent (hard to practice alone)
  • Requires access to a tennis court
  • Can be weather dependant
  • Usually only a summer sport
  • Minor risk of injuries (quick changes in direction)
