  • Usually takes place in an attractive setting

Cons:

  • Shorter people find it much harder!
  • Early mornings (before other river users wake up)
  • Nearby river access (unless you want to row indoors on a machine)
  • Risk of minor injuries (like most team sports)
  • Potential fallings-out with teammates
